Leadership is not a position—it’s a process that emerges through relationships, shared goals, and coordinated effort. Creating Leadership is a self-paced, interactive online program that introduces participants to CCL’s widely recognized Direction, Alignment, and Commitment (DAC) framework, a proven model for understanding how leadership functions within teams and organizations.
Over the course of the program, participants explore how leadership is created collectively and how small, intentional changes in behavior can significantly improve team performance. Through short lessons, reflection prompts, real-world application activities, and peer interaction, participants examine their own leadership context and practice skills that strengthen clarity, coordination, and shared responsibility across their teams.
This experience is ideal for professionals who want to lead more effectively with others—whether or not they hold formal leadership titles—and who are navigating increasingly complex, cross-functional, or collaborative work environments.
