Four Core Behaviors for Better Conversations
The four core principles may not be surprising at first glance, but the research has found that most individuals struggle in one or more of these areas alone. BCE is designed to address the deficiencies and help you grow.
You begin the day answering the question: ‘Why are quality conversations important to you?’ and dive in with exercises created to imbue a sense of trust within all participants. The day is engaging and interactive as you alternate between listening and participating in activities that allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned. You will learn how to listen, ask, challenge and support, and establish next steps for any situation you come across.
With BCE, business strategies evolve from plans to reality, in order to drive lasting change and superior outcomes for the good of the team and the organization as a whole.

This program is for professionals at all levels who want to improve how they connect and lead, whether they’re a team leader, a seasoned manager, or an emerging voice on a team. Organizations also use BCE to build a shared language and mindset within their teams.
Participants acquire a toolkit of high-impact communication skills, such as listening with intention, asking powerful questions, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating tough conversations with confidence. These skills improve interactions, relationships, trust, and organizational culture.
BCE is a one-day, immersive experience led by expert coaches. Through interactive exercises, peer practice, and real-world scenarios, participants learn how to apply these skills immediately in their workplace.
