The four core principles may not be surprising at first glance, but the research has found that most individuals struggle in one or more of these areas alone. BCE is designed to address the deficiencies and help you grow.
You begin the day answering the question: ‘Why are quality conversations important to you?’ and dive in with exercises created to imbue a sense of trust within all participants. The day is engaging and interactive as you alternate between listening and participating in activities that allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned. You will learn how to listen, ask, challenge and support, and establish next steps for any situation you come across.
