This immersive one-day course was created with new and aspiring leaders in mind. Participants will engage in practical exercises to enhance the research-backed information provided, creating an environment that nurtures growth for each person. Our goal is for everyone to leave prepared to implement what they’ve learned about leading with authenticity and self-awareness and make a commitment to their future leadership development.
