Chronic stress can influence physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships and overall life satisfaction.Join us for Banishing Burnout: Building Preventive Neuroresilience, a practical workshop led by researcher Dr. Rachel Brown, Owner and Founder of Thriving Workforce Solutions. In this session, participants will explore the science behind burnout and learn simple, evidence-based tools to strengthen resilience and adapt to chronic stress.Through guided discussion and exercises, participants will gain a clearer understanding of burnout and languishing, the science of neuroresilience and practical strategies to support long-term wellbeing.Participants will leave with:

  • A clear definition of burnout and languishing
  • Insight into the drivers and impacts of chronic stress
  • An introduction to the science of neuroresilience
  • Practical resilience tools rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology
  • A personalized plan for building resilience over the next 12 months

Participants will also complete the Wellness Dimensions exercise, which includes a brief self-assessment and goal-setting activity.
