Objectives and key skills

This immersive summit, presented in partnership with Sunland Logistics Solutions, explores how intentional culture design and leadership practices directly influence engagement, innovation and organizational performance. Designed for leaders responsible for shaping how work gets done, this experience examines why culture is critical to workforce success, how leadership behaviors create psychologically safe environments and how process discipline sustains innovation over time.

Participants will gain practical insight into how culture is shaped through everyday leadership decisions, systems, and behaviors. Through keynote insights, cross-industry discussion, and applied design thinking, leaders will examine how trust, clarity, and accountability influence engagement and performance. The summit will highlight real-world examples of how organizations align people, processes, and purpose to create environments where innovation can thrive. By the end of the experience, participants will leave with new frameworks, language, and ideas they can apply within their own teams—helping them move from reacting to culture challenges to intentionally shaping cultures that support collaboration, resilience, and long-term organizational success.

Meet the Voices Behind Ignite Culture

Ignite Culture brings together leaders whose careers reflect the many ways organizational culture is created, sustained, and transformed. Our speakers represent diverse industries—including global manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and business education—and each brings firsthand experience in shaping environments where people and performance thrive.

Through decades of leadership in operations, culture strategy, inclusion initiatives, and customer experience, these speakers have influenced organizations ranging from global companies to community institutions. Their insights reflect real-world leadership—where culture shows up in how decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and how innovation is sustained over time. As you explore their backgrounds, you’ll see the shared thread that connects their work: the belief that intentional leadership and strong culture are essential to organizational success.
