Background
Tony Nolte is an accomplished executive, attorney, investor, and educator with extensive experience in finance, legal, compliance, and business strategy. In his nearly three decades at Shell, Tony held senior business, financial, and legal leadership roles, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, compliance, and risk management.
In addition to his executive experience, Tony mentors startups in the Greenville ecosystem, as well as being a limited partner in the Greenville NEXT Founders Fund and a member of VentureSouth. He is an Angel Investor in companies focused on SaaS, AI, Blockchain, Biotech, Legal Document Automation, and others. He also teaches Business Law and Building the New Venture, an entrepreneurial class, as an adjunct professor at Furman University.
