Background

Anna Rider is the Innovation Lab Coordinator for Furman University’s Center for Innovative Leadership, where she supports program operations, participant experience, and organizational systems for both the Center for Innovative Leadership and the Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Drawing on her background in education, the performing arts, and operations, she specializes in creating efficient processes, building meaningful relationships, and supporting impactful leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development programs. Anna is passionate about creating exceptional experiences that help individuals and organizations thrive.
