Leadership Exchange: Start With What’s Strong
Join us on February 18, 2026, from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at Flywheel Coworking, 25 Goldsmith St., Greenville, SC 29609 for an engaging session focused on a strengths-based approach to leadership. Participants will explore how to bring out the best in themselves and others by recognizing and building on individual and team strengths.
The session will be facilitated by Janna Pennington, Director of Furman University’s M.S. in Innovation and Leadership program. The event is free and open to all, with snacks and drinks provided and time for networking with fellow professionals.
